As you can see from the photo the last owner had craptastic taste in wheels. What should I get? I’m leaning towards 15" steelies.

I’ve always liked the OEM HX wheels.

Why not go OEM?

Why thank you. It’s got the service history, since new, to go along with it’s clean looks. The interior is in better shape than the exterior.

The car is a DX so it originally came with 13" steelies and hubcaps. I might go that way in the immediate, but I want a little bigger rim.
Do these count as OEM?

I had an EG that the previous owner put 15"s on. IMO it’s too much tire than it needs. I’d go 14" steelie.

16's would be nice. I was just going for a little bit cheaper tires. I had 16" wheels on my Focus and WRX and tires were always $600 - $700 for good all-seasons.

At least the wheels have the right bolt to spoke ratio.

If you go 16" you can get Michelin Premier A/S in 195 width. The 15" tire choices are not so great.

I had 14's on another Civic. It was a later DX so they were stock. They were good, but I think if I run like a 195/50r15 or 195/55r15 that won’t increase my height at all or not by much. That tire will fit nicely on a 6" rim, but I would have to see that tire in person to judge the sidewall.

That’s the problem. I agree about the ratio being important it just does not work on 4 lug wheels. 5 spokes look weird on a 4 bolt wheel as well.

Never heard of bolt to spoke ratio. Is that anything like Delta P?

I’d say the wheels on my mom’s car work well with 4 bolts:

What about 08 Fit wheels?

I’m kind of leaning towards the 07-08 Fit sport.

Also a good choice if you’re not looking to draw attention to the car.
